I have an undergraduate and master’s degree in psychology and I am a member of The American Psychological Association.
I am a lifelong learner and observer of people.
For years, after graduating from Coach U, I was a professional speaker and for a short time, I had a radio show. I worked mostly with people who were in job transition. It was especially rewarding for me to work with people who were in such a vulnerable place.
In those vulnerable moments, people tend to question who they are and what they want out of life. In a lot of cases, it became the opportunity to finally go for their dreams…
And in other cases, the choice was to continue with the same old thing, whether they liked it or not.
The psychology of people – why we do what we do is fascinating to me. Why we struggle with certain things and not others. Why it’s sometimes so hard to make changes and let go.
I watch people I’m close to struggle with anxiety and depression and I want to wave a magic wand for them.
But I can’t.
This is what I can do. I can write my stories, share my observations, and perhaps change some mindsets along the way.
